I believe everyone deserves a space where they can pause, breathe, and be fully themselves — a place where they feel seen, heard, and understood without judgment. Growing up, I often searched for someone who would simply listen — not to fix or advise, but to truly understand. That wish shaped my purpose: to create a grounded, compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts, heal, and grow at your own pace.

I offer talk therapy rooted in empathy and acceptance. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and other humanistic approaches that help people reconnect with their values and inner strength.

My practice is open to individuals of all ages who are seeking support, clarity, or simply a safe place to be heard. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, daily life stressors, or career-related concerns, my goal is to create a space where you can just be — without judgment, without pressure, without having to have it all figured out.
