I believe everyone deserves a space where they can pause, breathe, and be fully themselves — a place where they feel seen, heard, and understood without judgment.
Growing up, I often searched for someone who would simply listen — not to fix or advise, but to truly understand. That wish shaped my purpose: to create a grounded, compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts, heal, and grow at your own pace.
I offer talk therapy rooted in empathy and acceptance. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and other humanistic approaches that help people reconnect with their values and inner strength.
My practice is open to individuals of all ages — whether you're working through anxiety, daily stressors, or career-related concerns. My goal is a space where you can just be — without pressure, without having to have it all figured out.
