Searching for oneself is a journey for a lifetime — has been something I have always believed in. I grew up in a very compassionate, loving, understanding and free-will environment. I understood the value of such an environment when I could see how much it contributes to shaping an individual towards their potential, which is endless. I value a space which is free of judgement, expectations and pretense. A space for raw emotions and to look inwards, untangle the complexities that are holding you back.

I indulged in psychotherapeutic supportive techniques to help people build perspective, provide them the compassionate and understanding environment to help you achieve 'nayrah' — a new path of an already taken journey.

Every spiral begins as a single point, a quiet origin that unfolds into motion. The act of unravelling and returning and starting again by creating a circle that both concludes and continues infinitely, has become a guiding philosophy in my journey.

"I am a passionate individual who has believed in just opening up, talking too much about myself, my problems. In that journey I found peace."
