FAQs
Finding the right therapist is about connection and comfort. We offer a brief introductory call to see if we're a good fit. It's important you feel safe and understood. Trust your intuition during this initial conversation.
You can schedule an appointment by clicking the "Book a Session" button, which will allow you to email us directly. We can then coordinate a time that works for everyone.
The first session is primarily for us to get to know each other. We'll discuss what brought you to therapy, your history, and what you hope to achieve. It's a collaborative process where we set the foundation for our work together.
Most clients start with weekly sessions to build momentum. However, the frequency is flexible and can be adjusted to bi-weekly or monthly based on your needs, progress, and situation.
We offer the first session free of cost. For subsequent sessions, payment details will be shared through WhatsApp. We currently accept payments via UPI only.
We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not receive any refund. This policy allows us to offer the time slot to another client in need. For timely cancellations, the full refund will be processed through UPI within 3 business days.
